We are looking for our next (Junior) Talent Manager to join the BeInfluence Europe team in Brussels !

As Talent Manager, you will be responsible for managing a roster of exclusive content creators, serving as their main point of contact for all aspects of their careers. This includes negotiating brand deals, managing schedules, ensuring day-to-day management, and providing emotional support to help them thrive in the fast-paced digital world. You will be the bridge between the talent and the brands, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with the creator’s goals and audience.This role requires a highly organized, people-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the content creation space. If you’re passionate about the world of social media, enjoy working closely with creators, and have at least a 1 year experience in talent management or brand partnerships, this is the perfect role for you.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Your main mission will be to manage and grow your portfolio of exclusive talents.

• Talent Management and Talent Scouting: You’ll oversee the daily management of a roster of content creators, ensuring all aspects of their careers are handled efficiently, from brand deals to schedules. You’ll also stay up-to-date with the content creation landscape, keeping an eye out for rising stars who could be valuable additions to BeInfluence’s roster. You’ll contact and invite relevant creators to join our Talent Roster as well as analyze and answer incoming requests from prospective creators.

• Brand Deal Negotiation and Partnership Management: You’ll lead the negotiation of brand partnerships and sponsorships on behalf of your talents, securing opportunities that align with their personal brand and deliver value to both creators and clients. You’ll serve as the liaison between content creators and brands/agencies, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, expectations are managed, and both parties are satisfied with the outcomes.

• Scheduling & Coordination: You’ll manage the schedules of content creators, ensuring all deadlines are met and their time is efficiently allocated for brand campaigns, content creation, and personal obligations.

• Career Development, Counselling and Guidance: You’ll work with creators to identify growth opportunities, providing strategic advice on how to build their personal brand, grow their audience, and diversify their revenue streams. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships with the creators, offering emotional support and guidance as they navigate the pressures and challenges of the digital landscape.

• Administrative Oversight: You’ll handle contracts, payments, and all administrative tasks related to the talent, ensuring smooth and transparent processes for both the creators and BeInfluence Europe.

You will be part of the Talent Management Department of the Agency and work on a daily basis with the other talent managers alongside our Head of Talent Management who’ll train and support you whenever needed.

Your super wo-man profile :

Negotiation and Organizational Skills: You have a strong experience in negotiating contracts, sponsorships, or brand deals, with the ability to secure advantageous agreements for both talent and brands. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines at the same time.

Social Media Expertise: You have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and how content creators build their brands across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

People-Centered Approach: You have great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with creators and brands alike. You have an outgoing character and are eager to meet new people and create new relationships.

Problem Solver: You are an adept at finding creative solutions to challenges that arise in talent management, with a calm and supportive approach to helping creators navigate their careers.

Emotional Intelligence and Adaptability: You have a caring, empathetic approach to working with talent, providing emotional support and guidance as they face the pressures of the content creation world and are able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, staying on top of industry trends and creator needs.

• You already have at least 1 year of experience as a Talent Manager / Campaign Manager or equivalent in an influencer marketing or social media agency.

• You are bilingual either in French - English or in Dutch - English and speaking a third language is a big plus.
