For the moment, our expertise is focused on two main areas: influencer marketing & talent management.
With over 700 campaigns carried out for clients like Carrefour, Paramount, Amazon, and the European Commission, we have become one of the leading agencies in Europe in just five years, and it's just the beginning !
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Your goal will be to manage the relationship and all professional collaborations with the current and future creators you'll represent ! You will therefore have the opportunity to recruit creators that meet our expectations.
Specifically, you will be the link between content creators and clients. You will support your talents on a daily basis and help them grow as creators. You will share ideas for developing their brand image on social media, as well as their media visibility with the support of the press, for example.
On the client side, you will negotiate partnerships with brands on their behalf, making sure they get the most out of their deals as well as approach potential clients for them in order to create new opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the relationship during the activation of your talents and up until the delivery of content and statistics, always with the support of the management team.
On the admin side, creating a media kit, managing quotes and invoices, reviewing contracts, and juggling the talents' schedules are exciting you !
We are looking for a Talent Manager to join the Sway team at BeInfluence Europe in Brussels !
The Sway Crew is the talent management department of the agency, where we grow and manage the careers of 20 exclusive content creators.
On the agenda : a lot of work ! But more importantly, a challenging position in a constantly evolving industry, lots of networking, a competitive salary package, fantastic offices a stone's throw from Midi Station, afterworks, and more !
In addition to all this, you'll have the opportunity to fully invest yourself in BeInfluence. All personal ideas or initiatives are welcome. You will have a real impact on the agency's development !

ou have excellent interpersonal skills and are also meticulous and organized to manage the collaborations of all your talents. You are not afraid of your ideas, nor are you afraid to go against the majority and generalities. Above all, you have the ambition to position BeInfluence as the leading influencer agency in Europe and the Sway Crew as a premier talent management department !
Furthermore, you are a negotiation expert. Multitasking does not scare you. You love meeting people and networking. You have a great team spirit and a real knack for finding new opportunities !
